After years of preparing we were finally in a position to buy a house, and of course this time comes in the worst buyers market in...maybe ever. Extremely limited inventory, tons of buyers. It just wasn't a recipe for a good time. Thankfully, through all of this, we had Bozena by our sides, quickly setting up showings, using market data and comps to guide our offers, and basically holding our hands through every home buying process.
